We are excited to announce that we are planning two projects at our sites this summer.

An archaeological dig is planned at Trethevy Quoit at the beginning of July which will culminate in a community open day at the weekend, volunteers for the dig will be very welcome.

We are also planning to undertake some clearance work at Treffry Viaduct to reveal the small crib hut which is adjacent to the viaduct but currently lost in the undergrowth. The granite-built hut is in a state of disrepair however it is planned to clear the building and the area around it in preparation for sympathetic conservation works to be undertaken to preserve the structure.

If you are interested in getting involved with these projects or any other plans that we may have for the future please register your interest by completing the online form which can be accessed here.
