Here are some frequently asked questions that our new Members ask:
Should I be expecting a confirmation email?
We have been very busy over the last few weeks with new memberships and the automated emails seem to have been slightly unpredictable, for which we apologise. As long as you have your PayPal receipt which confirms your payment for the type of membership you require please take this as confirmation that your membership is active.
Can I use my Membership straightaway?
Yes, you can. While Covid restrictions are still in place please book your visit to English Heritage sites in Cornwall online.
How do I book online to visit English Heritage sites in Cornwall ?
To book online, members should go to the English Heritage website, choose the site you wish to visit and enter code ‘Pass21’ in the ‘Offer Code’ box, followed by the number of people underneath. You will be asked to present a valid Cornwall Heritage Trust membership card on arrival or your PayPal receipt if you haven’t received your card yet.
What if my card doesn’t arrive before my visit?
Please show your PayPal receipt at the entrance as proof of membership.
If I have signed up as a Family member, can I visit without children?
Of course, relax and enjoy yourselves!
What age is Senior Membership from?
How many people can be on a Family Membership?
Two adults and up to 12 children (as per the English Heritage membership)
I don’t have a PayPal Account, can I still pay online?
Yes, you don’t need a PayPal account, we use PayPal as our secure Payment gateway. You will only need an up to date credit or debit card to make the payment. You will receive a PayPal confirmation by email.
I’ve joined Cornwall Heritage Trust but I don’t need the membership anymore, can I have a refund?
Cornwall Heritage Trust is a registered charity, and membership subscriptions help the Trust carry out their work to preserve and strengthen Cornwall’s heritage. We don’t offer refunds.
