1. Booking confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please show or print out your confirmation email as proof of ticket purchase.

2. Tickets purchased online are valid only for the date and event stated on them.
3. Except where we are unable to provide entry to an event due to circumstances outside the control of Cornwall Heritage Trust, all tickets are non-refundable.
3a. In the event that entry to an event is not possible due to reasons outside of our reasonable control, we shall not be responsible for any travelling costs you may incur.
3b. For the purposes of clause 3, an event outside our reasonable control means any act or event including without limitation fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, strikes or industrial action by third parties, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, civil commotion, riot, invasion, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, pandemic and any law or any action taken by a government or public authority (including what is described as a lockdown).
4. Should an event be cancelled you will be given a full refund. Any cancellations will be notified to you via the email used when booking.
5. Once tickets have been purchased, they cannot be exchanged or transferred.
6. The last admission to a Cornwall Heritage Trust Open Garden is one hour before the garden’s advertised closing time. If you arrive late for an event or tour, we will do our best to accommodate you but if this is not possible then we regret no refunds can be given.
7. Cornwall Heritage Trust does not accept any liability for the loss or damage of any personal property brought to an event.
8. Cornwall Heritage Trust photographs events and may publish these photos in a variety of media and online. We reserve the right to use any photograph(s) and/or footage and any reproductions or adaptations of the photograph(s) and/or footage taken at our events for all general and publicity purposes, whenever we choose to do so.
9. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Cornwall Heritage Trust may contact you by email or phone about the event.
10. We respect the rights of our members and supporters to privacy and confidentiality and we promise to keep your information secure. All personal data provided to Cornwall Heritage Trust will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and Cornwall Heritage Trust’s Privacy Policy. 11. The Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
12. None of the Terms shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by a party other than you or Cornwall Heritage Trust.
13. Cornwall Heritage Trust reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
