Meeting Papers Instructions

Step 1.  First of all upload all of your media documents, one by one.  This can either be a Word Doc or a PDF.

Tick the box Exclude this attachment from the site map

Click on Edit more details

Tick Exclude from Search Results

Scroll down and make sure that the Exclude this post from Related Posts is ticked

Step 2.  Create a new page that is for the Committee Meeting, (eg Council Meeting 15 Jan 20220

Create a list of the papers that are associated with the meeting.

1. Agenda
2. Minutes from last meeting
3. etc
4. etc

Then select each item, click on the Link icon above, and copy and paste the URL from the media that you have uploaded.

Make sure that the Exclude from Search Results is ticked.

Scroll down and make sure that the Exclude this post from Related Posts is ticked
