Flint Knapping Taster Workshop – Festival of Archaeology
Step back in time and experience the ancient art of flint knapping at our Sancreed Beacon ‘Living History’ encampment.
In this immersive half-day workshop, you’ll learn traditional techniques used by our ancestors to shape stone into tools and artefacts.

Guided by an expert, you’ll try your hand at crafting your own flint tool, gaining insight into prehistoric skills and the resourcefulness of early humans.
