The Great Civil War to the memory of all brave Cornishmen who died in the Great Civil War 1642 – 1646
Near the bridge was arranged on Tuesday 10th March 1646 the cessation which led to the Treaty of Surrender signed four days later in Truro and the end of hostilities in the West.
