We are offering you the chance to have a dedication plaque installed on one of the benches we have at our some of our larger landscape sites to provide resting places and improve accessibility.
Whether it’s an ancient stone circle which resonates with a friend or a view of a hillfort cherished by someone special, a bench dedication is an incredibly special way to celebrate a loved one or mark a special occasion.
The bench dedication plaques scheme is a fundraising campaign to support our charitable work rescuing and caring for Cornwall’s historic sites – and your dedication will directly help ensure that we can protect these precious parts of our heritage for future generations.
2025/26 Fees
The following prices relate to the 2025/26 financial year and will be reviewed annually.
Option 1 – Sponsor a new bench
If choosing to sponsor a new bench the fee will cover the cost of acquiring a new bench, erection at the site, production and installation of the dedication plaque and maintenance for the ten years of the agreement.

Option 2 – Sponsor an existing bench
Dependent on availability, the fee will cover the cost production and installation of the dedication plaque and maintenance of the bench for the ten years of the agreement.
£650
Option 3 – Dedicate a plaque on an existing bench
The fees for the dedication plaques are intended to cover manufacture and installation of the plaque as well as maintenance of the bench for the remaining term of the agreement.

The bench dedication scheme is designed to raise funds to support the vital work undertaken by Cornwall Heritage Trust to preserve and strengthen Cornwall’s heritage.
