Set within the spectacular landscape of Castle an Dinas, you’ll enjoy sweeping views, flourishing wildlife and ancient remains as you master the art of fire‑lighting using both modern and natural materials. Once your fire is burning, you’ll round off the session by cooking your own snack over the flames you’ve created.
All tools, materials and safety equipment are provided – plus tea, coffee and biscuits to keep you going.
About your instructor
Keith Polkinghorne (The Bushcraft Dude) is an experienced instructor in bushcraft, wilderness living, ancestral crafts and traditional skills. As lead instructor at the internationally renowned Survival School UK, Keith brings a relaxed, friendly and accessible approach to teaching, making traditional skills fun for everyone.
