Events and Marketing Assistant
Hours per week: 21 hours per week (3 days –to include Tuesdays and Fridays)
Salary: £22,932 Pro Rata
Contract: Fixed term for one year
Based: Cornwall Heritage Trust Offices based at Krowji in Redruth

Cornwall Heritage Trust is a charity based in Redruth with the aim of preserving and strengthening Cornwall’s heritage. Over the last few years, we have undergone a period of growth and transformation as we have been focusing on our organisational resilience ahead of our 40th anniversary this year. We are looking for a well organised self-starter with a background in events and marketing and retail support to join our busy team. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong eye for detail and be a team player. A passion for Cornwall and its history goes without saying!
This role is offered on an initial fixed term contract of twelve months due to the ongoing restructuring and evolution of the organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Events Officer and Marketing and Communications Officer to ensure the successful roll-out and promotion of the Trust and its calendar of events, including the day-to-day management of our online shop and sales. This role may require some evening and weekend working however plenty of notice will be given.

Process
